Severability

58-3129. Severability. If any provision of this act or any section, sentence, clause, phrase or word, or the application thereof in any circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the act and of the application of any such provision, section, sentence, clause, phrase or word in any other circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
