58-4013. Retroactive application. (a) K.S.A. 58-4001 through 58-4007 are retroactively applicable to all property in the possession of a museum within the state on or after January 1, 1989. (b) K.S.A. 58-4008 is effective July 1, 1990, and when effective is retroactively applicable to all property in the possession of a museum before July 1, 1990, and is prospectively applicable to all property in the possession of the museum on or after July 1, 1990, for which a claim is filed on or after July 1, 1990.
