58-4206. Compliance with law required to engage in the business of manufactured home dealer. No person shall engage in the business of a manufactured home dealer unless such person has complied with the applicable provisions of the Kansas manufactured housing act. The director shall issue the licenses provided for herein and shall have supervision over the licensees hereunder in respect to all the provisions of the act. History: L. 1991, ch. 33, § 6; July 1.
