59-2135. Information to be provided to Kansas department for children and families. The clerk of each district court shall provide a copy of the decree of adoption, a copy of the report of adoption required in K.S.A. 59-2119, and amendments thereto, and a copy of the information required in K.S.A. 59-2130, and amendments thereto, pertaining to any adoption of a minor to the secretary for children and families. All information pertaining to adoptions of minors required to be provided to the secretary for children and families shall be maintained by the secretary and shall be subject to disclosure to the same extent as files and records of the court under K.S.A. 59-2122, and amendments thereto.
