59-2315. Petition for execution of mortgage or oil, gas or other mineral lease. For the purposes set out in K.S.A. 59-2314, the competent spouse and the conservator may jointly file a petition in the district court of the county in which such homestead is situated praying for the execution of a mortgage upon the homestead or for the execution of an oil, gas or other mineral lease thereon.
