59-2805. Records of department proceedings to be kept upon court directive; adoption of such records as the court's records. The court may, for the purpose of this act, direct the director of the county department of social welfare to maintain records pertaining to all aspects of any personal representative proceeding, which the court may adopt as the court's record and in lieu of the maintenance of separate records by the court.
