59-29c13. Disclosure of records. Any district court records and any treatment records or medical records of any person who has been admitted to a crisis intervention center pursuant to this act that are in the possession of any district court or crisis intervention center treatment facility shall be privileged and shall be not disclosed except as provided under K.S.A. 59-2979, and amendments thereto.
