59-30,101. Citation of act. K.S.A. 59-30,101 through 59-30,212, and amendments thereto, may be cited as the Kansas uniform guardianship, conservatorship and other protective arrangements act. Revisor's Note: K.S.A. 59-30,101 et seq. replaces K.S.A. 59-3050 et. seq., the act for obtaining a guardian or a conservator, or both, in effect until January 1, 2026. K.S.A. 59-3050 et seq. replaced K.S.A. 59-3001 et. seq., in effect until July 1, 2002.
