Appointment of facilitator

59-30,207. Appointment of facilitator. The court may appoint a facilitator to assist in implementing a protective arrangement under K.S.A. 59-30,196 through 59-30,207, and amendments thereto. The facilitator has the authority conferred by the order of appointment and serves until discharged by court order. History: L. 2025, ch. 40, § 130; January 1, 2026.
