59-810. Acting in fiduciary capacity by foreign corporation. Nothing in this act authorizes any "foreign corporation," as that term is defined in K.S.A. 59-1701, to act in any fiduciary capacity except as such foreign corporation is expressly permitted so to act by the provisions of K.S.A. 59-1701.
