60-3006. Same; optional procedure. The right of a judgment creditor to bring an action to enforce his or her judgment instead of proceeding under this act remains unimpaired. Judgment creditor may bring action to enforce judgment instead of proceeding under uniform act. Johnson Brothers Wholesale Liquor Co. v. Clemmons, 233 Kan. 405, 407, 661 P.2d 1242 (1983). 3.
