65-1,120. Definitions. As used in this act: (a) "Medication aide" means an unlicensed person certified as having satisfactorily completed a training program in medication administration approved by the secretary of health and environment for the purposes of subsection (i) of K.S.A. 65-1124, and amendments thereto.
