65-1,168. Cancer registry; definitions. As used in this act: (a) "Confidential data" means any data which permits the identification of individuals. (b) "Health care provider" means a person licensed to practice medicine and surgery, a hospital or ambulatory surgery center, as defined in K.S.A. 65-425, and amendments thereto, a radiology oncology center, a person licensed to practice dentistry, as defined in K.S.A. 65-1422, and amendments thereto or a pathology laboratory.
