65-1524. Practice of optometry by corporation or limited liability company prohibited, exceptions. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to allow a corporation except as provided in K.S.A. 17-2706, and amendments thereto, or a limited liability company except as provided in K.S.A. 17-7668, and amendments thereto to practice, offer, or undertake to practice or hold itself out as practicing optometry.
