65-153e. Same; penalty for violating K.S.A. 65-153b through 65-153e. Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred ($500) dollars or by confinement in the county jail for six (6) months.
