65-1906. Display of license, inspection report and sanitation standards. (a) Each licensed cosmetologist, cosmetology technician, esthetician, manicurist, electrologist and instructor shall display such person's license in a conspicuous place in the salon, clinic or school where the holder thereof is employed or working. (b) Each holder of a salon, clinic or school license shall display the license and most recent inspection report and the sanitation standards prescribed by the secretary of health and environment pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1,148, and amendments thereto, in a conspicuous place in the salon, clinic or school.
