65-222. Same; rendering of services; fees; amount and use. Whenever a county health department has established a community nursing care program, it may render such community nursing care services as are authorized by this act and for that purpose may charge fees as set in a schedule of fees established by the county department of health, and fees so collected shall be used for nursing care services within the county.
