65-2818. Same; annual election of officers; powers and duties; position of secretary of board abolished. (a) The board shall organize annually at its first meeting subsequent to July 1 and shall select a president and vice-president from its own membership. The president and vice-president shall have the power to administer oaths pertaining to the business of the board. (b) The position of secretary of the state board of healing arts is hereby abolished. Whenever the secretary of the state board of healing arts, or words of like effect, is referred to or designated by a statute, contract or other document, such reference or designation shall be deemed to apply to the president of the board.
