65-2828. Rules and regulations designating examinations and passing grade; reexamination. (a) The board shall adopt rules and regulations designating the examinations required under K.S.A. 65-2873 and amendments thereto and the passing grade on each examination. (b) Any applicant who fails any examination required under K.S.A. 65-2873 and amendments thereto may have a reexamination in accordance with criteria established by rules and regulations of the board, which criteria may limit the number of times an applicant may retake the examination until the applicant has submitted evidence acceptable to the board of further professional study.
