65-2859. Filing false documents with board; forgery; penalty. Any person who shall file or attempt to file with the board any false or forged diploma, certificate, affidavit or identification or qualification, or any other written or printed instrument, shall be guilty of forgery as defined in K.S.A. 21-5823, and amendments thereto.
