65-2890a. Provisions of act applicable to any regulated profession. (a) Unless otherwise specified, the administration and procedural provisions of the Kansas healing arts act shall apply to any profession regulated by the board. (b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas healing arts act. (c) This section shall take effect on and after July 1, 2015. History: L. 2014, ch. 131, § 55; May 22.
