65-3006. Same; publication and enforcement of regulations; employment of personnel; services. The secretary shall: (a) Publish and enforce the rules, regulations and standards promulgated hereunder. The secretary shall furnish a copy of such rules, regulations or standards adopted hereunder to any citizen upon request. (b) Employ such professional, technical and other staff, and provide such technical, scientific and other services as may be required, including laboratory facilities, for the purpose of effectuating the provisions of this act from funds appropriated and available for the purposes of this act.
