65-3019. Application of act; limitations. Nothing in this act shall be construed to: (a) Grant the secretary any jurisdiction or authority with respect to air contamination existing solely within commercial and industrial plants, works and shops. (b) Affect the relations between employers and employees. (c) Supersede or limit the applicability of any law or ordinance relating to industrial health, safety or sanitation.
