65-34,122. Same; appeals from orders or decisions of secretary, procedure. (a) Any person adversely affected by any order or decision of the secretary may, within 15 days of service of the order or decision, request in writing a hearing. Hearings under this section shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act. (b) Any person adversely affected by any action of the secretary pursuant to this act may obtain review of such action in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
