Purpose of act

65-4001. Purpose of act. It shall be the purpose of this act to provide for the development, establishment and enforcement of standards: (1) For the care and treatment of individuals in public and private treatment facilities as defined herein; (2) for the construction, maintenance and operation of public and private treatment facilities as defined herein, which will promote safe and adequate treatment of such individuals in alcohol or other drug treatment facilities.
