Defendant charged under K.S.A. 65-4127; order suppressing evidence reversed on appeal; search by private citizen upheld. State v. Boswell, 219 Kan. 788, 789, 549 P.2d 919. 2. Straight-line measurement used to determine whether drugs sold within 1,000 feet of school. State v. Prosper, 21 Kan. App. 2d 956, 959, 910 P.2d 859 (1996). 3. K.S.A. 65-4141(c) contains a specific penalty which is not subject to general penalties of K.S.A. 65-4127(c). State v. Lafleur, 34 Kan. App. 2d 652, 122 P.3d 831 (2005).
