Possession of items for which there was no other reasonable legitimate use was sufficient evidence of intent; distinguished from possession of burglary tools. State v. Dunn, 233 Kan. 411, 412, 413, 662 P.2d 1286 (1983). 2. Seizure of person and pat-down search examined; circumstances determined as insufficient to justify stop and search. State v. Burks, 15 Kan.
