65-4211. Judicial review. (a) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board, and affected thereby, shall be entitled to judicial review in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas judicial review act. (b) Any party may have review of the final judgment or decision of the district court by appeal to the supreme court pursuant to the Kansas judicial review act.
