Invalidity of part

65-5417. Invalidity of part. If any section of this act, or any part thereof, is adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder or any other section or part thereof. History: L. 1986, ch. 323, § 17; July 1.
