65-658. Same; injunction to restrain violation of K.S.A. 65-657. In addition to the remedies provided by the food, drug and cosmetic act, the secretary of agriculture is hereby authorized to apply to the district court for, and the court may grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining, any person from violating any provision of the food, drug and cosmetic act; irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law.
