65-6736. Same; no requirement to provide or right to an abortion. Nothing in K.S.A. 65-6731 through 65-6738, and amendments thereto, shall be construed: (a) To require any state agency or municipality to provide or pay for any abortion; or (b) as creating or recognizing a right to an abortion.
