65-6905. State board of healing arts to administer act; rules and regulations, registry. (a) The board, in the manner hereinafter provided, shall administer the provisions of this act. (b) The board may adopt rules and regulations consistent with the provisions of this act for the administration and enforcement for this act and may prescribe forms which shall be issued in the administration of this act. The rules and regulations shall include standards for approval of an educational course of study and clinical experience, continuing education criteria, practice protocols, criteria for licensure procedures for the examination of applicants, and for professional conduct and discipline. (c) The board shall maintain a registry of names and addresses of all individuals who are currently licensed under the athletic trainers licensure act.
