65-6b08. Same; penalty for violations of act. The following violations of this act shall constitute class B misdemeanors: (a) Manufacturing amygdalin (laetrile) without a currently effective registration to do so; (b) distributing amygdalin (laetrile) at wholesale without a currently effective permit to do so; and (c) selling, offering for sale or distributing amygdalin (laetrile) to the public, except by a physician, without a currently effective permit to do so; and (d) selling, offering for sale or distributing amygdalin (laetrile) to the public without a valid prescription of a physician to do so.
