65-7311. Same; duties. The radiologic technology council shall advise the board regarding: (a) Examination, licensing and other fees; (b) rules and regulations to be adopted to carry out the provisions of this act; (c) subject areas to be covered during the educational program and on the licensure examination; (d) the number of yearly continuing education hours required to maintain active licensure; (e) changes and new requirements taking place in the area of radiologic technology; and (f) such other duties and responsibilities as the board may assign.
