66-1816. Underground potable water and sanitary sewage facilities; locatable. (a) All tier 2 facilities installed by an operator after July 1, 2008, shall be locatable. (b) As used in this section, "tier 2 facility" means an underground facility used for transporting, gathering, storing, conveying, transmitting or distributing potable water or sanitary sewage.
