Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the junction of interstate highway 70 and commerce parkway in Ellis county is the chief warrant officer 5 David Carter fallen veterans memorial interchange.
