68-10,122. Designation of part of U.S. highway 50 as the trooper Conroy G. O'Brien memorial highway. The portion of United States highway 50 from its junction with K-61 southwest of the city of Hutchinson, then west to the northwestern city limits of the city of Sylvia, is hereby designated as the trooper Conroy G. O'Brien memorial highway. The secretary of transportation shall place highway signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is the trooper Conroy G.
