68-10,139. Designation of part of U.S. highway 69 as the Senator Dennis Wilson memorial highway. The portion of United States highway 69 from the southern junction of United States highway 69 with interstate highway 435 in Johnson county, then south on United States highway 69 to the junction of United States highway 69 and 135th street is hereby designated as the Senator Dennis Wilson memorial highway. Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place highway signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is the Senator Dennis Wilson memorial highway.
