68-10,141. Designation of part of U.S. highway 77 as the CPL Allen E Oatney and SP4 Gene A Myers memorial highway. The portion of United States highway 77 from the western city limits of the city of Blue Rapids then west to the eastern city limits of the city of Waterville in Marshall county is hereby designated as the CPL Allen E Oatney and SP4 Gene A Myers memorial highway. Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs to indicate that the highway is the CPL Allen E Oatney and SP4 Gene A Myers memorial highway.
