68-10,155. Designation of part of U.S. highway 281 as the first responders memorial highway. The portion of United States highway 281 from the southern city limits of Russell, then north to its junction with K-18 highway in Russell county is hereby designated as the first responders memorial highway. Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is the first responders memorial highway.
