68-1046. Designating bridge no. 013 as the Amelia Earhart memorial bridge. Bridge no. 013 located on United States highway 59 in Atchison county is hereby designated as the Amelia Earhart memorial bridge in the state of Kansas. The secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs to indicate the bridge is the Amelia Earhart memorial bridge.
