68-141f. Setting aside portions of road and bridge or street funds; definitions. As used in this act, the following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them by this section unless the context otherwise requires. (1) "Municipality" means any city or county and any township which is not located in a county operating under the county road unit system. (2) "Governing body" as applied to a county, means the board of county commissioners; as applied to a township means the township trustee, the township treasurer and the township clerk acting as a board; and as applied to a city means the governing body of such city regardless of the form of government of such city.
