68-2302. Same; definitions. As used in this act, the following words and terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them herein: (a) "Commission" shall mean the secretary of transportation. (b) "Highway projects" shall mean the express highways and freeways which are within the system of modern express highways and freeways established and constructed pursuant to K.S.A. 68-2301, and any amendments thereto. (c) "Bonds" or "highway bonds" shall mean the highway bonds authorized under the provisions of this act. (d) "State freeway fund" shall mean the state freeway fund created in K.S.A. 79-3425, and any amendments thereto. History: L. 1972, ch. 252, § 1; L. 1975, ch. 426, § 64; August 15.
