68-433. Same; penalties. Any person or persons violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before any court having competent jurisdiction shall be fined in a sum of not more than fifty dollars and costs. History: L. 1941, ch. 314, § 2; June 30.
