68-523. Township board of highway commissioners. The township trustee, clerk and treasurer of each municipal township in this state shall constitute the township board of highway commissioners for their respective townships. The township trustee shall be the chairman and the township clerk shall be the clerk of the township board of highway commissioners. History: L. 1917, ch. 264, § 30; March 7; R.S. 1923, 68-523.
