71-1420. Voting plans. Any of the three voting plans described in this section may be used in the election of trustees. The three voting plans are: (a) Voting plan-A: All qualified electors who reside in the college district may vote in both the primary and general elections of trustees. (b) Voting plan-B: All qualified electors who reside in a member district may vote in the primary election of trustees for the member position or positions of such member district and, if the community college adopts and implements a seven member board of trustees plan, for the at-large member position. All qualified electors who reside in the college district may vote in the general election of trustees. (c) Voting plan-C: All qualified electors who reside in a member district may vote in both the primary and general elections of trustees for the member position or positions of such member district and, if the community college adopts and implements a seven member board of trustees plan, for the at-large member position.
