72-120. Publication of school laws by state board of education; preparation of forms. The state board of education not more often than once each year may publish the school laws in force, with such forms, rules and regulations, instructions and decisions as it determines appropriate, and shall cause the same to be delivered to all persons under contract to administer school laws and to each member of the legislature.
