Validation of certain school-land patents

72-1542. Validation of certain school-land patents. Where patents for school lands have been issued, in pursuance of any law of the state of Kansas, to a person who has died before the date of such patents, the title to the land designated therein shall inure to and become vested in the heirs, devisees or assignees of such deceased patentee as if the patent had been issued to the deceased person during life.
