72-2311. Subsequent appointments to professional standards board and practices commission. After appointment of the initial members as soon as practicable after the effective date of this act, later appointments to full or unexpired terms of members to the professional standards board and the professional practices commission shall be made by the state board of education following the same procedure as that provided in K.S.A. 72-2309 and 72-2310, and amendments thereto.
