72-251. Quorum; number of votes for official action; record vote. A quorum of the state board shall be six (6) members and no meeting shall commence until a quorum is present, but any number of members less than a quorum may recess a meeting to a later time. Official actions of the state board shall be adopted by a favorable vote of six (6) or more members. A record vote shall be taken and made a part of their public record.
